I am writing this review based on my own dealings with the company and the events I personally experienced.I entered into the arrangement relying on the pricing, representations, and commitments communicated to me. In my experience, those commitments were not fulfilled as I understood them. After I had already made payment, I was asked to make additional payments and was charged amounts that I did not expect based on my understanding of the original arrangement.My credit card was charged multiple times, including three or four separate deductions that I did not anticipate. I raised these transactions with DGX and expressed serious concerns about the handling and security of my payment information. I am not claiming that my card information was actually compromised; I am stating that the unexpected transactions caused me to have that concern. When I contacted DGX support for assistance, I was told that they could not do anything to resolve the issue.I subsequently made repeated attempts to obtain an explanation, resolve the disputed charges, and recover the money I believe remains owed to me. Despite those efforts, I have not received the resolution or refund I expected. The financial consequences have been significant for me, and I have been left under considerable financial stress.From my perspective, the difference between what I understood I was agreeing to and what I was subsequently required to pay felt like a bait-and-switch. I use that phrase to describe my experience and perception of the transaction, not as a legal conclusion about the company.I also reviewed other publicly available customer complaints concerning DGX, including reports describing disputes involving shipments, charges, and service problems. I recognize that those are individual customers' accounts and that DGX has provided its own responses to some complaints. I therefore do not present those allegations as established facts. However, after experiencing serious problems myself, I found those reports concerning.The company's overall rating and positive reviews do not reflect my experience. My dealings with DGX have left me with serious concerns about pricing transparency, payment handling, customer support, accountability, and the difficulty I experienced in obtaining a satisfactory resolution once a financial dispute arose.My recommendation to prospective customers is to exercise extreme caution. Obtain every quotation, representation, commitment, fee, and condition in writing before making payment. Carefully review every subsequent charge and retain invoices, receipts, payment records, correspondence, and other documentation.I expected the commitments made to me to be honoured and expected a reasonable process for resolving financial discrepancies. Instead, I have experienced unexpected charges, repeated requests for additional payment, unresolved refund issues, and substantial financial stress.This review reflects my personal experience and my honest assessment of the events as they occurred from my perspective. I am not alleging criminal conduct or making any claim beyond what I personally experienced and what I can substantiate through my records.

DGX - exceptional service I reached out to DGX to ship additional household goods to the mainland from Hawaii. At the same time, I asked for both traditional shipping as well as
More... air freight if possible. Alexandria helped with the traditional shipping and Nicole helped with the Air freight. Both were super responsive and answered all my questions or concerns and laid out proposals for both actions. I opted for air freight due to the time constraint.
Nicole helped me with how to drop things off where to drop them off exactly what the shipment would need to look like additionally changing the specs for the proposal as required I went to the warehouse, stacked the pallet, which they helped me wrap real quickly and off it went. Nicole was amazing, she followed up with me, making sure when it needed to ship when approximately it would arrive and even followed up after I received it to make sure everything went smoothly
